Note: Kudo et al. 1999 propose to transfer ¤ Planopolyspora crispa Petrolini et al. 1993, the type species of the genus Planopolyspora, to the genus ¤ Catenuloplanes as ¤ Catenuloplanes crispus (Petrolini et al. 1993) Kudo et al. 1999, comb. nov. According to Rule 37a, bacteriologists adhering to this proposal must change the name Planopolyspora to ¤ Catenuloplanes.
