Note: Rule 12b states the following: "No specific or subspecific epithets within a the same genus may be the same if based on different types". Consequently, Roseomonas rosea (Kämpfer et al. 2003) Sánchez-Porro et al. 2009, comb. nov. is illegitimate, because Roseomonas gilardii subsp. rosea was validly published by Han et al. in 2003.
