Schlegelella Elbanna et al. 2003, gen. nov.
Type species: ¤ Schlegelella thermodepolymerans Elbanna et al. 2003.
Etymology: N.L. fem. dim. n. Schlegelella, named in honour of H. G. Schlegel, a pioneer in PHA research.
