Note: Sheu et al. 2011 propose to transfer ¤ Singularimonas variicoloris Friedrich and Lipski 2008, the type species of the genus Singularimonas, to the genus ¤ Solimonas as ¤ Solimonas variicoloris (Friedrich and Lipski 2008) Sheu et al. 2011, comb. nov. According to Rule 37a, bacteriologists adhering to this proposal must change the name Singularimonas to ¤ Solimonas.
